What else can I expect?
All of Spark's plans are delivered as a PDF Master file, with a Single Build License. CAD Files and Multi-Build Licenses are available for an additional fee.
If we are working with you on a custom design, or modifications on one of our stock plans, you will be a part of the process, seeing progress as it's made, and giving either your approval or changes throughout each phase of the design.
Our design team can normally have your first floor plan draft to you, within 1-2 business days of receiving your deposit or modifications payment.
